• Contact & Identification Data: Your name, active 10-digit WhatsApp number / mobile phone number, and optional email address.
• Delivery & Geographic Location Data: Delivery street address, building/flat details, nearby landmark, and exact GPS latitude/longitude coordinates when you use our location detector or pick a delivery pin on the map.
• Order History: Information regarding the items purchased, cart history, order values, delivery preferences, and transaction receipts.
• Technical Information: Device type, browser user agent, IP address, and PWA installation state to ensure optimal interface rendering.

2How We Use Your Location Data (GPS)

Our service relies on accurate location information to calculate real-time distance from our central store in Brodipet, Guntur, and ensure rapid 10–20 minute delivery:

• To determine if your address falls within our delivery boundary in Guntur.
• To compute transparent delivery fees (₹10 per 1 km from RK Groceries Hub).
• To guide delivery partners directly to your doorstep without navigational delays.
• Notice: Your location is only obtained when you explicitly allow browser GPS permissions or select a location on our interactive map. We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.

3Payment Security & Razorpay Gateway

When you pay online on RK Mart:

• Transactions are routed directly via Razorpay Payment Gateway, which operates on RBI-approved, bank-grade, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified security infrastructure.
• Data exchanged during payment authorization is secured via 256-bit SSL encryption.
• We only receive an encrypted transaction reference ID and confirmation of payment status (Success, Failed, or Pending) to confirm and prepare your order.

4Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information to any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We only share necessary details with trusted partners under strict confidentiality:

• Delivery Personnel: Your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared with our assigned delivery partner solely to complete doorstep delivery.
• Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Transaction details are shared to complete authorization, fraud prevention, and refund processing.
• Legal Compliance: If required by Indian law, judicial decree, or law enforcement investigations in accordance with the Information Technology Act.

5Data Retention & Customer Rights

We retain customer order histories and contact information only as long as necessary for fulfillment, taxation, accounting records, and dispute resolution.

Under applicable Indian data protection principles, you hold the right to review, update, or request removal of your personal information from our active ordering database by writing to our Grievance Officer.
