2Eligibility & User Account

To place an order on RK Mart, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact details (Full Name, active 10-digit WhatsApp/Phone number, and exact delivery address in Guntur).
• Be located within our designated delivery zones in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

3Products, Pricing & Availability

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and images of groceries, fresh produce, and cooked food as accurately as possible. Fresh produce weight may vary slightly due to natural moisture loss.
• Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST), unless specified otherwise.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to amend product prices, promotional discounts, and availability without prior notice.
• Out of Stock: While our inventory is regularly synchronized in real-time, in rare instances where an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will contact you immediately to offer a suitable replacement or issue a full refund.

4Payments & Gateway Security

We offer multiple secure payment methods to make your shopping smooth and reliable:

• Online Payments: Online transactions are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay Payment Gateway (Razorpay Software Private Limited), supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and recognized Digital Wallets.
• PCI-DSS Compliance: All card transactions are encrypted and transmitted directly through Razorpay's RBI-regulated, bank-grade 128-bit SSL / PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. RK Mart never stores, captures, or has access to your sensitive CVV numbers, card PINs, or net banking passwords.
• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once payment authorization is verified or an accepted order reference is generated.

5Delivery, Shipping & Location

Orders are delivered directly to your doorstep in Guntur:

• Delivery Fee: Delivery partner fees are transparently calculated at ₹10 per 1 km from our central hub at Brodipet, Guntur, determined using live GPS distance calculation.
• Delivery Timeframes: Groceries are delivered in under 10–20 minutes, and freshly prepared restaurant meals in 20–35 minutes, subject to weather, traffic, and order volume.

6Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our official Cancellation & Refund Policy. In brief, orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement before packaging or cooking begins. Verified refunds for missing, damaged, or undelivered items are credited back to the original source of payment via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business working days.

7Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, content, design elements, graphics, and code on RK Mart are the intellectual property of RK Groceries & Fancy Store or used under authorized license. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or purchases made through RK Mart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
