All orders are dispatched from our centralized fulfillment hub located at Main Road, Brodipet, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522002.

We currently service major residential and commercial localities across Guntur, including Brodipet, Arundalpet, Kothapet, Lakshmipuram, Pattabhipuram, Syamala Nagar, Vidyanagar, Gujanagundla, and surrounding neighborhoods within our delivery fleet radius.

2Delivery Fee Structure

To keep our grocery pricing competitive while paying our delivery partners fairly, shipping charges are calculated transparently based on distance:

• Rate: Standard delivery partner fee is ₹10 per 1 kilometer calculated from our Brodipet store using live GPS coordinate distance.
• Handling Fee: A nominal platform packaging & handling fee of ₹2 is added per order.
• Fee Transparency: The exact calculated delivery fee is displayed in your cart bill summary before you make any payment. There are no hidden or surge delivery charges.

3Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Immediate Dispatch: As soon as your order is confirmed, our dedicated picking team gathers your items in eco-friendly packaging.
• Estimated Delivery Time (Turnaround Time):
  • Grocery & Daily Essentials: Typically delivered within 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Cooked & Fresh Food: Cooked to order and delivered hot within 20 to 35 minutes.
• Delays: While over 95% of our deliveries arrive within the estimated window, slight delays may occur during heavy monsoon rains, traffic congestion, or peak festive rush. We notify you via WhatsApp in such events.

4Live Tracking & Delivery Verification

You can track your order status in real time through our Track Order page by entering your 10-digit WhatsApp number or Order ID.

5Delivery Protocol & Customer Obligations

• Please ensure your phone is reachable when the order is out for delivery.
• If you live in a gated society or multi-story apartment, please specify the flat and block number, and authorize entry for our delivery partner.
• Contactless delivery can be requested by noting your preference or informing the delivery partner upon arrival.
